The driver of an SUV that rear-ended a bus in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood was arrested this morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
The first report of the collision with a San Francisco Municipal Railway bus came in at 8:58 a.m. at Bayshore Boulevard and Industrial Street, Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.
Fire department spokesman Jonathan Baxter said three people suffered moderate injuries and four suffered minor injuries and all were taken to a hospital.
Rose said four people on the bus suffered minor injuries.
The collision occurred on an inbound 24-line bus, Rose said.
