She wants to limit the the height of buildings from their proposed 240 ft to 120 ft. She calls for a greater percentages of affordable housing units, but if you cut the total in half, it nets to LESS affordable units. How is that a plan that does more than the Giants’ plan?

Her plan is another “trick the voters with cleverly worded phrasing” initiative, like “Wall on the Waterfront”.
