We all want to feel good sometimes, and so do I.
But I’ll always be the cynic, so I’m not sure anything’s changed.
All of these measures are VOLUNTARY on the part of ATT …and they know that.

“calls for more community outreach ”
“opportunity to paint murals”
“asks for good-faith efforts of utility companies to put the boxes on private property when possible ”

and, the bottom line:
“does not allow the city to ban the boxes on the sidewalk”
