Six people were shot in separate incidents across Oakland on Tuesday night, police said.
The shootings all happened within about 90 minutes of each other. All of the victims are expected to survive, according to police.
The first shooting was reported at 8:44 p.m. in the 2000 block of 87th Avenue, police said. A woman was shot there and taken to a hospital in stable condition.
About 10 minutes later, at 8:54 p.m., a man walking in the 1500 block of 22nd Avenue heard a gunshot and realized he was shot in the arm. He was also taken to a hospital in stable condition.
The next shooting happened in West Oakland at 9:11 p.m. when a woman was shot in the buttocks in the 1000 block of Filbert Street. Four homes in the area were also hit by gunfire, but no one was injured, police said.
Another man was shot in the 1600 block of 102nd Avenue at 9:43 p.m., police said. Few details about the shooting were released, but police said the victim is in stable condition.
A 17-year-old boy was shot in the 2400 block of 77th Avenue at about 10 p.m. He was also taken to a hospital in stable condition.
The last shooting of the night happened in the 6600 block of Oakport Street at 10:05 p.m., according to police. The man shot there was also taken to a hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made in the various shootings and police did not release any descriptions of possible suspects in the cases.
