10:34 AM: Power is back for all PG&E customers in San Francisco’s Sunset District after thousands were initially affected following a pole fire this morning, a utility spokesman said.
The outage was reported around 6:10 a.m. and initially affected 2,242 customers following the pole fire on Pacheco Street near 43rd Avenue.
All but 161 customers had power restored by 7 a.m. The remaining customers, who were near 21st Avenue between Noriega and Santiago streets, had power back around 9 a.m., PG&E spokesman Jason King said.
PG&E officials had initially estimated a restoration time of noon for the remaining customers.

8:24 AM: Power might not be restored until noon to some PG&E customers in San Francisco’s Sunset District after a fire sparked on a power pole this morning, a utility spokesman said.
The outage was reported around 6:10 a.m. and initially affected 2,242 customers following a pole fire on Pacheco Street near 43rd Avenue, PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said.
Crews responded and restored power to all but 161 customers by 7 a.m., Guidi said.
The remaining customers may be without power until noon while crews replace the pole that caught fire, he said.
The customers affected are near 21st Avenue between Noriega and Santiago streets, Guidi said.

7:36 AM: PG&E is working to repair an outage that initially affected thousands of PG&E customers in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood this morning, a PG&E spokesman said.
A power outage, initially affecting roughly 2,242 customers, was reported near St. Ignatius College Preparatory around 6:10 a.m., PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi.
The outage is roughly affecting an area between Noriega and Santiago streets, he said.
As of about 7 a.m., power was restored to all but 161 customers, Guidi said.
There is no estimated time of when power will be restored, according to Guidi.
