Golden State Warriors officials issued this season’s second ticket fraud alert Thursday to warn fans about purchasing single-game tickets from non-verified third parties, team officials said.
Team officials issued the first alert in September as tickets for the season went on sale.
Counterfeit ticket holders will be denied access to Oracle Arena for Warriors games, according to team officials.
Last season about 1,650 people were turned away at Oracle Arena and this year the number of fans denied access is up 45 percent over the same period last year, team officials said.
Team officials are encouraging fans to purchase tickets from warriors.com or by calling (888) GSW-HOOP.
Warriors.com is a verified market for tickets, including resale tickets.
