A man who was allegedly engaged in a fight with his girlfriend was shot in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood early Sunday morning, police said.

Shortly after 3:10 a.m., a male suspect arrived at the residence and apparently kicked in the door, police said.
He then shot the boyfriend with a handgun and fled the scene, according to police.
