A masked man robbed a bank on San Francisco’s Market Street on Monday afternoon, police said today.
The robbery was reported at 3:51 p.m. in the 2100 block of Market Street, which is between 14th and Sanchez Streets.
The suspect went up to a teller’s station and demanded money. He then went around to the other side, took cash out of drawers and put it in a bag, according to police.
The suspect, believed to be in his 20s, then fled and had not been found as of this morning, police said. No one was injured in the robbery.
