
A man suffered serious injuries when a Tesla struck him in San Francisco’s Financial District late Wednesday night, police said.
The collision was reported at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Bush and Kearny streets.
The 56-year-old pedestrian entered the crosswalk and was struck by the Tesla, which was making a left turn, according to police.
The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that are considered life-threatening, including a broken leg and trauma to his neck, police said.
The driver of the Tesla, a 38-year-old man, stopped at the scene and was not arrested, according to police.
