A man robbed a bank in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood Saturday morning, police said.
A man between 20 and 30 years old walked into the bank in the 1400 block of Stockton Street at 10:17 a.m. Saturday and handed a teller, a 26-year-old woman, a note demanding money, police said.
An employee at a neighboring business said the robbery happened at the U.S. Bank at 1435 Stockton St.
The woman handed over the money and the suspect ran from the bank, police said. The teller did not see a weapon during the robbery.
The suspect remains at large this morning, according to police.
