An elderly woman had her wallet stolen from her bag while she was riding a San Francisco Municipal Railway bus on Saturday afternoon, police said today.
The robbery was reported at 12:16 p.m. on a Muni bus near O’Farrell and Gough streets.
The 89-year-old victim was sitting on the bus when a male suspect bumped her, then grabbed her wallet from her bag and fled, police said.
The woman was not injured and the suspect remained at large as of this morning, according to police.
