A robbery victim was critically injured when he was stabbed in San Francisco’s Mission District early Sunday morning, police said.
The victim was in the area of 22nd and Mission streets at about 3:50 a.m. when two men in their 20s came up from behind him and one stabbed him twice, police said.
They then took his cellphone and cash and fled on foot, according to police.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The suspects had not been arrested as of this morning.
