Police are looking for a man who slashed another man with a box cutter in San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
The stabbing was reported just after 3:30 p.m. at Market and Seventh streets.
Police found a 48-year-old man with cuts on his left ear. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The victim had been in an argument with another man when the suspect pulled out a box cutter and slashed the victim on the ear, according to police.
The suspect ran away on foot and has not been found as of this afternoon, according to police.
