this case makes no sense. How and why would Mr. Yee know a 28 year-old gang member? Mr. Yee must be aware that all criminal gangs have moles from either local or federal law enforcement, so how could he expect to get away with something of this magnitude? He doesn’t strike me as an idiot.
This looks like a classic case of an elaborate entrapment scheme gone awry. There better be hella evidence.
