I worked with Leon in the 2000’s and I would watch Leon get into his old minivan (later his Camry) and drive over the Bay Bridge and go HOME to Contra Costa every single night. Everyone who worked with him knew he lived in Contra Costa. He was late to work every morning because he got stuck in the Bay Bridge traffic coming back into SF.
He is lying through his teeth. I hope the authorities takes this seriously.
