The bridge authority likes to park those tiny trucks blocking the southbound lane at this very location, too, meaning the rider could have had to dodge the truck and cone – perhaps did not notice them until it was too late, hit the cone and veered into the curb. It might be nice if the GGB folks would just slap some asphalt patch over the crack instead of putting the stupid cones there.
