Especially, when you consider the poor boys were probably swept as far as 15 miles underwater. What a horrible way to die. My heart aches for both families but the boy who went out to save the other didn’t have to do that and was swept away too. SF is not a good place to swim in the ocean. The whole Pacific Ocean in the Bay Area is really not safe, at all. I hope their bodies come to shore for the families. RIP.
