The USA legal system based upon the adversarial system of defense fights prosecution with the judge a mediator is more of a money-maker for those working within the system than a method of separating the truly guilty from the innocent.

But, our legal (not justice) system is better than some, worse than others, but should have been used in this case.

If the one killed had been higher up the socio-economic ladder and/or had friends or kin of importance be assured the possible killer would not have skateboarded away.

But, remember to OBEY!!!

Always obey our glorious rulers and corporate USA.

It IS our patriotic duty.

If there were multiple witnesses and people pointing in Tolboe’s direction, why is Gould the sole witness that the case rests on? What about the video that they may or may not have?
