A San Francisco police officer who was arrested last month for alleged domestic violence, assault and obstructing the use of a wireless device pleaded not guilty in San Francisco Superior Court on Friday, prosecutors said today.
San Francisco police Officer Craig Perry was arrested on May 22 and posted $103,000 bail sometime thereafter.
Perry’s preliminary hearing was set for 9 a.m. today, according to the district attorney’s office.
He is currently on unpaid administrative leave, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.
Perry’s defense attorney, Bill Fazio, was not immediately available for comment on the case this morning.
