A woman was shot in the arm in San Francisco’s Bayview District this afternoon, a police spokesman said.
The shooting was reported at 2:34 p.m. near the corner of Third Street and Oakdale Avenue, police Officer Albie Esparza said.
The 49-year-old victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.
The suspect remains at large and Esparza could not provide a description this afternoon.
