
A motorcyclist was critically injured in a collision with a pickup truck in San Francisco’s Mission District on Tuesday morning, police said today.
The collision was reported at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at South Van Ness Avenue and 21st Street.
The truck was making a U-turn at the intersection when the motorcyclist sideswiped him, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, Esparza said.
No other information about the collision was immediately available this morning, he said.
